I’ve been seeing a common theme within myself and the collective as of late. There is a call to action on our part to leave behind certain parts of ourselves – the pain, trauma, emotional and mental wounds that we repressed at one time or another along our journey.
Some are quite apparent to us, while others – not so much.
So where do we start, you might ask. Start with those that are apparent to you. It will require a bit of time to yourself where you can have quiet and stillness – a place where if you happened to be moved to tears, you can freely express yourself without feeling timid.
I believe that a good time to do this would be when you are feeling all of the feels! When you feel that pain, anxiety, all those uncomfortable feelings – when something has made our emotions go wild. Now, sit with it. You can also do this anytime you have time for yourself. I just say that the best time to do this is when you are feeling all the feels – because we are like an egg cracked open in those moments, and we can let in the light.
It is no surprise our first instinct will be distraction – this is human! Don’t be so hard on yourself, and if you are not in a place to be with that energy on that particular day then by all means, it can wait. Listen to your inner knowing first and foremost. But if you are ready, find that place of quiet and sit with all of it. Ask your body “Why are we feeling these emotions?” “Why are you (my body) reacting to these words/situations like this?” “Is there any emotional or mental wound that I can bring forward for healing?” or any other questions that might come to you.
Sit with it all and allow yourself to go through the emotions. Grieve, cry, scream! I suggest tapping methods, I find this really helps us connect to our body. Or simply sit with it all and let it all out. The important thing is you have allowed yourself time to feel and release the emotion therefore setting it – and yourself – free.
When you feel a little more settled, if you are moved to, you can call upon God, spirit, source – angels, spirit guides, ancestors (just to name a few) and say the following out loud:
“I release all energetic and emotional or mental blocks within my energy and my physical body, from this lifetime, or any other lifetime that no longer serves my highest good. It is safe for me to leave these in the past and move forward with absolute love and trust for what the future holds.
And so it is.”

“The Desert” from The Wild Unknown Pocket Archetypes Oracle cards, describes this process perfectly:
“The desert leaves us disoriented, desperate for direction, grasping for meaning, longing for solid ground. For endless miles we are confronted with a lack of clarity and existential dread. We are thirsty, hungry, pleading with life to get back to normal – to become animated by the simple pleasures of day-to-day life. The desert offers no such comfort, and all must pass through it. If you can embrace the discomfort of the desert knowing you will, someday, reach water again, you can tap into the potent energy of landscape. Its lights are blindingly bright and its darks terrifyingly deep, which makes for unbridled creativity and clairvoyant visions. Truths reside in the desert that otherwise remain hidden. The crows, the shadows, and the coyote’s call surround you. Let the winds and sands work deep magic, weary traveler.”

The card “The Vision” also came out and it speaks of our unique paths that we set out upon when we come to experience Earth – only to open our eyes and forget. It speaks of the journey of rediscovery and trusting the world and its synchronicities. Paired with “Kairos” which is also known as mythic time, divine timing – and patience. The oracle book says “no clock can guide you …. wait for the rush of inner knowing and not a moment longer.”
I feel as though this is all about divine timing and connected to a part of our purpose here on Earth. The time is now here for us to clear these lower density energies that we have been carrying. They are no longer needed on our journey forward. We have learned the lessons and those we keep with us, but all the rest can be let go of now. We do not have to keep carrying them around.
Within the letting go, we empty our cups enough to once again receive new energy and abundance, love and joy. Within the ending – is also the new beginning.
Love & Light,
Namaste.
