Today, I was led to do this reading a little differently than I normally do – to see the bigger picture.
I began shuffling the cards and usually I will pull cards out as I write, but today – spirit asked me to pull all of the cards before I begin to interpret them. This situation you might find yourself in, might require you to step out of your current everyday routine or step out of the box in your mind.
The King of Wands radiates calm in the face of adversity – ready for action, yet not charging towards it. Tactful, steady – stable.
The Seven of Swords tells me that there may be an energy of deception or lying. Someone could be being dishonest with you – or you could be being dishonest with yourself. Not everything is as it seems.
The Nine of Swords depicts someone sitting up in bed, swords all lined up neatly in a row. Anxious mind, restless nights and wandering thoughts. This card could also be saying that your stress and anxieties may be causing you to not see what is right in front of you. Perhaps the message here is to hang up the swords and put them to rest.
I see why spirit wanted to show the bigger picture – because that is exactly what spirit wants you to do. Take a step into the King of Wands energy – the calm in the face of adversity. This adversity may be happening in your personal life or career – whatever it is – it is a storm in your life right now.
Come into the eye of the storm. Yes the chaos will ensue around you for the time being, but you can come into the center of it all. Here it is still, here you are at peace as the chaos flows around you but not within you – not through you.
With Hold Your Vision coming out from the Moonology Oracle – I feel spirit is saying to hold the vision of the King of Wands. I noticed out of the side of my eye the salamander at the kings side – your spirit guide, angel, loved one. Even behind the King of Wands there are drawings of a lion – strength – and more salamanders – protection.
With Luck is on your side under the Seven of Swords, I feel as though whatever it is that is causing this stress and anxiety – it cannot harm you. You are being protected and safely guided through this. A Personal issue reaches resolution came out under the Nine of Swords, nines are a symbol of completion, so whatever this situation is – it will no longer be – very soon.

Perhaps you have already begun this process, or even shed so many you are fearing you might have over-pruned, to be left with nothing and no one! Do not fear, feisty angel of love, your truth is prevailing. You cannot stay in a vibration of fear if you want to dwell in the vibration of love.
Whilst you learn to sustain that vibration within you, until it cannot be rattled by any crisis or demand, you are wise to place yourself in more nourishing connections. If you want a plant to grow, why not give it the best soil and conditions in which to do so? The possibility for more joyful relationships and growth of love within is in your power. You can chose – each day, each moment – just make a choice. Trust yourself, your discernment and your intuition and chose. You do not owe anyone anything.”
What a beautiful message to wrap up this reading, so much love, protection, encouragement. Sit in that King of Wands energy knowing this. Spirit keeps telling me that the bigger picture is not for me – it is for … you. The person reading this very message – you will understand.
